Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in patient coordination, consultative sales, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to explain insurance, financing, and payment options clearly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, or patient management systems.
• Patient-first attitude with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with patients to review treatment plans and recommendations.
• Explain treatment options, insurance benefits, and financing clearly.
• Build trust and address questions and barriers to treatment.
• Create and present customized payment and financing options.
• Use consultative communication to help patients decide.
• Partner with doctors and staff to deliver a patient-first experience.
• Track consultations, treatment acceptance, and follow-up in PM/CRM tools.
• Support appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and insurance verification.
• Assist in reinforcing daily office priorities and non-clinical tasks.
• Ensure interactions align with policies and regulations.
