Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in patient coordination, consultative sales, healthcare, customer service, retail sales, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all backgrounds.
• Ability to explain complex information in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
• Comfort discussing insurance, financing, and payment options.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with patients to review treatment plans and recommendations.
• Explain treatment options, procedures, insurance benefits, and financing options clearly.
• Build trust by addressing questions and concerns about treatment.
• Create and present customized payment and financing options for patients.
• Use consultative communication techniques to help patients make informed decisions.
• Partner with doctors and team members to deliver a seamless, patient-first experience.
• Track consultations and follow-up activity using practice management and CRM tools.
• Leverage KPIs to improve patient outcomes and practice performance.
• Support appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and collections processes.
• Assist in reinforcing daily office priorities and support non-clinical team.
• Ensure all interactions align with policies and regulations.
