CareNow is hiring a Patient Care Representative to support patient care and front-desk operations. You will check in patients, answer calls, verify insurance and collect necessary information, while ensuring accuracy and timely service across clinic hours.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient empathy, and reliable handling of multiple computer systems in a fast-paced urgent care setting. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in patient care preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
• Strong customer service and ability to work with multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Check-ins patients in a timely manner and follow Web Check-in procedures.
• Answer clinic phone calls and provide information or referrals as needed.
• Verify insurance timely and accurately.
• Ensure patient paperwork is complete and collect insurance/demographic information.
• Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift; document all payments.
