Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Verifies insurance information and registers new patients.
• Prepares patients for scheduled appointments in the system.
• Handles calls, messages and appointment confirmations.
• Maintains patient records and performs clerical duties.
• Uses EPIC electronic health record system.
• Supports care team to meet financial, clinical, and service goals.
