Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word) and customer or healthcare experience.
• Preferred: EPIC experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and insurance verification.

Aufgaben

• Obtain accurate and updated patient information such as name, address, and insurance details.
• Perform insurance verification on the date of service.
• Schedule procedures in an organized and efficient manner.
• File and maintain medical records.
• Confirm and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly and relay messages to the team.
• Adhere to policies and maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and OSHA.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient experience.
