OSF HealthCare is seeking a Patient Care Liaison in Bloomington, IL. This role greets patients, family members and visitors, assisting with information and services during their stay and handling registration and transfer tasks.

You will assemble patient charts and document in the electronic health record, with duties potentially varying by unit or shift. The position is hourly with pay estimated at $18.27–$20.29 per hour, depending on experience, skills and internal equity.

Competenze

• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Six or more months experience of office, hospital, administrative duties, customer service, and computer knowledge.

Mansioni

• Greet and talk with patients, family members and visitors; assist with information/services during their stay.
• Register and transfer patients; assemble and maintain patient charts and complete documentation in the electronic health record.
• May run errands and transport patients for unit staff upon request; duties may vary by unit or shift.
