Job summary

OSF HealthCare in Peoria, IL is seeking a Registration Clerk to support patient check-in and front-desk tasks. You will greet patients, collect information for appointments, and assist staff as needed.

You will input data into medical software, maintain confidentiality, and use basic computer skills to support accurate records. This is an hourly, full-time role with a standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience at front desk/office.
• 6 months experience in a Health Care field.
• Basic computer skills: navigation, typing, data entry.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Preferred: experience with Medical Software such as Dentrix.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments.
• Provide clerical support to OSF team members.
• Input required information into medical software systems.
• Operate with discretion handling confidential communications.
