Family Medicine Austin is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet, check-in, schedule appointments, and handle billing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

You should have strong computer skills, experience with EMR systems (preferably e-ClinicalWorks), and at least two years in customer service. A positive, professional attitude and the ability to multitask during busy hours are essential.
