Gailmard Eye Center in Munster, IN is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator I who will be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You will help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making visits personal and stress-free.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions.
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations.
