Gailmard Eye Center in Munster, IN is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator I who will be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You will help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making visits personal and stress-free.

Competitive hourly rate and benefits are provided, with Monday through Friday hours and no weekend shifts, to support a balanced schedule in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!).
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You'll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Schedule:

• $14-$20/hour
• Monday - Friday hours - no weekend hours!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
