MD Now Urgent Care, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Patient Care Representative to join a team committed to patient-first service. The role supports clinic operations, checks in patients, answers calls, verifies insurance, and maintains accurate records.

Flexibility is required to cover the MDNow Urgent Care Clinic hours (Mon-Sun 8am-8pm) and travel to other clinics as needed. Eligible benefits and a supportive environment accompany the opportunity.

Formación

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics in the area for scheduling purposes.
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in patients in a timely manner and follow Web Check-in procedures.
• Answer clinic phone calls and provide information or direct questions as needed.
• Verify insurance timely and accurately.
• Follow occupational client’s preference card and procedures.
• Review patient paperwork and collect insurance/demographic information.
• Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, accounting for all payments.
