Omega Endodontics in Newark, DE is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. You will manage front desk operations, handle patient communications, and maintain accurate records to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of front desk experience, comfort with office equipment, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
• Marketing experience required.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Desires to help your patients.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office.
• Maintaining accurate patient records.
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages.
• Check, sort and forward emails.
• Keep updates records and files.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
• Coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
