Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a current CPR license and at least 1 year of customer experience
• Level 2/3 requirements mention 3 years’ billing and coding plus intermediate computer skills including MS Office
• Ability to cross-train on back-office duties within scope of practice
• Maintain compliance with training and company processes

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high customer service
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately
• Verify and update patient insurance data at registration
• Handle co-pays, deductibles, and Self-Pay amounts per policy
• Coordinate medical records delivery to primary care providers
• Support back-office administrative tasks as needed
