Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• Experience in medical office or urgent care setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with high level of customer service.
• Input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information at registration.
• Explain co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits; assist with billing and registration.
• Coordinate medical records and ensure continuity of care.
• Cross-train on back-office duties within scope of practice.
• Maintain clean reception area and office space for a professional environment.
