The role includes confirming insurance details, collecting co-pays, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
• Current CPR license required.
• 1 year of customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with outstanding customer service.
• Cross-train and assist back-office duties as needed within scope of practice.
• Collect and input patient demographics and financial information at registration.
