Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and discharge patients with excellent service.
• Input patient demographics and insurance information accurately at registration.
• Verify and update patient insurance information during check-in/out.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance plans, co-pays, and coverage limits.
• Assist with back-office duties as needed and cross-train when required.
• Coordinate medical records requests and ensure patient confidentiality.
