Job summary

Drayer Physical Therapy in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth and patient intake processes. This entry-level role collaborates with the Clinic Director to maintain efficient front-office operations and a welcoming patient experience.

The PCC-I handles scheduling, insurance verification, deposits, and payments while ensuring excellent customer service, accuracy, and timely communication with patients and physicians. This position is full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through creation of a great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently
• Manage document routing
• Manage personal overtime
• Manage non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting
• Monitor clinic inventory
• Attend any required training with the Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
• Complete quarterly compliance training.
