Responsibilities include documenting interactions, entering orders, and maintaining accurate demographic data in the system, while ensuring physician directives are followed. Training support and strong communication are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Provide basic training support to staff.
• Calculate figures and amounts for dosing references.
• Follow oral and written instructions with common sense.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assesses customer need for additional products/services
• Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information in computerized records
