Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and provide support to patients and clinicians.
• Assist with before/after visit tasks, authorizations, and paperwork as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
