Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and provide support to patients and clinicians.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Assist with patient forms, prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal issues; triage urgent requests.
