Job summary

Responsibilities include handling prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, appointment scheduling, telehealth access, and coordinating referrals, with HIPAA-compliant communication and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Coordinate patient forms and paperwork including FMLA where applicable.
• Manage calls, telehealth access, and patient portal issues; triage urgent requests.
• Coordinate external referrals and support clinicians with questions.
