Job summary

The role supports clinical staff in administrative tasks such as prior authorizations, lab orders, records requests, and appointment coordination, ensuring smooth patient care and timely communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical care and support patients and clinicians.
• Provide strong customer service to in-person and remote patients.
• Assist with prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Facilitate communication among patients, staff, and pharmacy.
• Triage urgent patient issues and escalate as needed.
