Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle clinic telephone encounters and paperwork
• Process refill requests and lab result notifications
• Manage patient and staff electronic message requests
• Interact daily with patients and staff in a courteous, professional manner
• Communicate with management regarding issues
• Participate in monthly clinical staff meetings
• Support workflow implementation of the Patient Centered Medical Home model
• Attend continuing education as needed for MHSI
• Participate in daily huddles and active care team involvement
• Complete training programs as required by Mainline Health Systems, Inc.
