Qualifications

• Clear and accurate communication with patients and staff.
• Attention to detail in medical records and paperwork.
• Experience navigating electronic medical records (EMR).
• At least one year of experience in medical setting.
• Current, unencumbered nursing license.
• Ability to stay alert and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone encounters for the clinic.
• Manage clinic paperwork, refill requests, and notification of lab results.
• Process requests from patients and staff via electronic messages.
• Interact with patients and staff daily in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate with management regarding related issues.
• Participate in monthly clinical staff meetings.
• Serve as part of the care team and implement workflows for the Patient Centered Medical Home model.
• Attend continuing education as required for the position.
• Participate in daily huddles and active team involvement.
• Complete ongoing job training processes set forth by Mainline Health Systems, Inc.
