• Unencumbered nursing license.
• Maintain alertness and work safely in a clinical environment.

Aufgaben

• Handle telephone encounters for the clinic.
• Process refill requests and notification of lab results.
• Manage patient and staff messages via electronic systems.
• Interact with patients and staff daily in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate with management regarding related issues.
• Participate in monthly clinical staff meetings.
• Support workflows that align with the Patient Centered Medical Home model.
• Attend continuing education as needed and participate in daily huddles.
