Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a Contact Center Representative to greet callers, direct inquiries, and schedule appointments across multiple departments and locations. You will be the first point of contact, setting a positive tone for patient experiences.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to navigate the EMR to relay information and confirm appointments. Work primarily at the Mattina location in Buffalo, with a supportive team environment.

Formación

• At least one year of call center/telephone customer service experience is required.
• EHR knowledge preferred but not required.
• Kindness, respect and compassion for patients are essential.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone calls and assist callers.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or staff.
• Schedule appointments for all departments and locations.
• Verify and update patient information in the system.
