Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a nonexempt frontline coordinator to manage high volumes of calls, direct inquiries, and serve as an information source for clinical teams. This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Superior problem solving and organizational skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Windows/Word proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a heavy volume of incoming telephone calls efficiently and effectively.
• Sorts and directs calls to appropriate individuals.
• Serves as informational representative of clinical departments/divisions.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
