Qualifications

• Successful completion of an associate degree and 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Successful completion of a college diploma program and 4 years of customer service experience required.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or another language used frequently by Mayo patients is preferred for International Center.
• Must be able to work independently and have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via telephone, website, email and in person.
• Promote services, schedule appointments, and assist with patient registration and check-in/check-out.
• Support patient needs and assist with establishing ongoing relationship with Mayo Clinic.
• Participate in on-call rotation and address operational issues as they arise.
