Performance Home Medical in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative for our call center. You will handle incoming calls from patients, providers, and referrals, maintain knowledge of PHM products, and assist with resupply orders.

The role emphasizes care, accurate data entry, de-escalation, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with healthcare customer service experience or PAP equipment knowledge are preferred; training is provided.
