Performance Home Medical in Houston, Texas is seeking a motivated individual for our Call Center Customer Service Team. You will handle incoming calls from sleep patients, providers and scheduling, and help patients manage their therapies.

Qualifications

• Healthcare customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Background in medical equipment preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm with accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from Sleep, Providers and Scheduling queue promptly and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of Performance Home Medical products.
• Educate callers on resupply and private pay items offered by PHM.
• Generate and process supply orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate across PHM departments to support patients.
• Meet performance metrics for calls, handling time and productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
