Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a friendly call center representative to register new patients and assist current ones, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in EMR systems. You will be the first point of contact, guiding patients through the appointment process and coordinating with clinical and administrative teams.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to handle multiple calls and tasks.

• Experience with call centers and healthcare services is a plus.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage calls from patients seeking medical care and gather necessary information.
• Create, update, and access confidential patient data in EMR with high confidentiality and accuracy.
• Facilitate the appointment process by collecting demographic, referral, and clinical information with complete documentation.
• Monitor call flow and request or offer assistance as needed.
• Coordinate effectively with all departments to minimize wait times and maintain high-quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
