Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a Call Center Agent to register new patients and assist current patients from the Stamford, CT area. You will handle calls with tact and confidentiality, gather information, and route messages to the appropriate care teams.

The role requires high school or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience with medical office procedures. EMR familiarity (Athena/Centricity, Medi-Tech) is a plus and a full-time daytime schedule is offered.

Competenze

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of medical experience preferred.
• HIPAA and other regulations knowledge.
• Medical office procedures and terminology familiarity.
• EMR systems experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as initial point of contact to register new patients and direct current patients.
• Take and relay electronic messages to care providers.
• Screen and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Enter pending documents into a patient chart in the EMR system.
