• Strong communication and customer service skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls from patients and gather information needed.
• Take electronic messages and relay to providers.
• Screen and route calls to appropriate department.
• Enter documents into patient charts in the EMR.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
