Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are received, processed, and billed accurately. You will work with patients, providers, and the branch team to meet insurance guidelines and maximize benefits.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries on a multi-line system, processing orders, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and supporting timely, efficient operations across our Roanoke branch.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients arriving in person and answer inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and resolve issues.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
