Accendra Health, a national provider of essential healthcare products and services, is seeking a Branch Coordinator to support patients by phone and in person. You will ensure orders are received, processed timely, and that documentation needed to bill health insurance plans is collected accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in an office, healthcare setting or call center.
• Experience using multi-line phone-system.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line system; provide information and resolutions.
• Process orders, verify insurance, obtain authorization per payor guidelines.
