Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and assist with information.
• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Coordinate with sales, referrals and patients to gather documentation.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls and maintain records.
