Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CPTC certification or enrollment in healthcare career program preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and accurately document in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with patient needs: meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation, mobility, and transport.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
