Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking a Patient Care Associate for the night shift in a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit. The role supports RN/LPN staff, assists with daily patient care tasks, and helps maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment.

Eligible applicants may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time, 36 hours per week, with weekend/holiday rotation and comprehensive benefits. Training and career growth opportunities are available within Mercy’s supportive team.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required.
• CNA/CPTC certification or enrollment preferred.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and document in the EMR.
• Assist with meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation and transport.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
