Harris Health System, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Assistant I (PCA I) to support patient care in clinic and inpatient units under the supervision of a registered nurse.

The PCA I will perform delegated care activities, follow patient safety measures, and work closely with the charge nurse and staff to ensure patient needs are met. The role requires basic medical terminology knowledge and professional communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical skills/training appropriate to the specialty area.
• 1 year of related clinical work experience preferred.
• SAMA certification within 90 days of hire; EKG and/or Phlebotomy competency validation within 6 months.

Responsabilités
