Responsibilities

• Conduct New Patient Orientation/Administrative Intake for insurance and paperwork.
• Serve as point of contact for billing information for UDS and Genetic Testing coordination.
• Follow up with financially responsible parties and obtain necessary documents to start the program.
• Coordinate with parents when joint decision‑making consent is needed.
• Serve as weekend/after‑hours contact for patient web inquiries.
• Maintain patient charts and confidentiality per HIPAA and Compass policy.
• Perform clerical duties to support center operations.
