Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking a Patient Advocate to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Florida dispensary. You will interact with patients and guests, explain product options, and help ensure compliant, efficient store operations.

This role supports the management team, maintains POS accuracy, keeps the sales floor welcoming, and contributes to a climate of inclusion and generosity of spirit. A high school diploma and customer-service experience in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with state cannabis agency policies and regulations.
• Able to pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Ability to accommodate scheduling that may include varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and a personalized experience to customers explaining potential benefits of Premium Cannabis products.
• Ensure customer questions or concerns are resolved quickly and completely; communicate requests to management.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory tracking systems in compliance with policies.
• Adapt to varied sales volume; keep the dispensary stocked, clean, tidy and operating smoothly with a customer-first approach.
• Meet/exceed day-to-day sales targets within each dispensary.
