Responsibilities

• Receive patients and complete admission procedures.
• Welcome visitors and register patients.
• Check bills, cashiering, and handling cash per procedure.
• Enhance patient comfort and familiarity with hospital services.
• Prepare and share VIP patient lists with top management.
• Coordinate with Insurance for admissions, OPD, Pharmacy, IPD and ER bills.
• Coordinate with Bed Management for bed allocation.
• Manage planned admissions and doctor schedules.
• Handle patient or visitor complaints.
• Receive hospital calls and direct as per call handling procedures.
• Provide complete service to patients.
• Handle other tasks or projects for Patient Care Services.
