Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join a high-quality medical team in a fast-paced hospital setting. The PCC will support patient care across fast track, med/surg, and critical care, ensuring accurate input of discharge instructions and prescriptions into computer software.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, one year of experience, and BLS certification. Advanced English is required and Spanish/Creole are preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS certification.
• Advanced English is required; Spanish and Creole are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across fast track, med/surg, and critical care.
• Perform wound care, splinting, and dressing applications.
• Conduct EKGs and basic rhythm recognition.
• Assist in procedures setup and patient triage/discharge.
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions into the system.
• Maintain patient tracking and communicate with the team.
