Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient services accurately and efficiently.
• Register patients and update demographic, insurance, and guarantor information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect required documentation.
• Support admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed placement processes as needed.
• Explain financial responsibilities, collect payments, and connect patients with financial assistance resources.
• Answer calls and direct patients to the appropriate departments and services.
• Collaborate with clinical and support teams to help ensure a seamless patient experience.
