Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and medical insurance information; inform patients of scheduling changes.
• Prepare orders and schedule screening/tests following practice guidelines.
• Assist with patient preparation, vitals collection, and during procedures as needed.
• Navigate multiple electronic applications and devices (iPad/tablets, kiosks).
