Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or coursework in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• At least two years of healthcare or high-volume customer service experience required, or one year with patient mobility experience.
• Proficiency in patient mobility, safety practices, and related training is required.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advanced frontline resource for patient and visitor needs across the campus.
• Coordinate patient assistance, appointment navigation, and service requests with clinical and operational teams.
• Act as escalation point for complex situations requiring problem solving and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide specialized patient mobility and safety support, including use of transfer equipment.
• Mentor and support peers to promote safety and service excellence.
