• Performs daily and monthly close out procedures for internal controls and cash balancing.
• Maintains knowledge of co-pays and deductibles, and workers' compensation protocols for billing accuracy.
• Promotes customer satisfaction with professional communication.
• Possesses knowledge of corporate policies related to clinic operations.
• Answers telephones and directs messages to maintain workflow.
• Maintains organized records and confidentiality.
• Inputs demographic and medical data and assists with financial counseling when appropriate.
• Completes assigned goals and supports Clinic Manager.
