Job summary

Tyvan LLC is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls about payments and complaints. You will explain EOBs, coordinate payment plans, and review accounts to ensure proper billing.

Responsibilities include de-escalating irate patients, reviewing payment postings, addressing address changes, and pulling daily GoRev reports to provide itemized ledgers and records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 consecutive years in Patient Access, Patient Advocacy, Front Desk Registration (Hospital or Clinic), or similar.

Responsibilities

• Explains in and out-of-network benefits.
• Provides excellent customer service to de-escalate irate patients.
• Review payment posting and explanation of payments.
• Review accounts thoroughly to ensure the patient was billed properly.
• Set up payment plans for patients.
• Update wrong addresses and/or contact information per patient.
• Review Bad Debt accounts for Collection Letters.
• Review payment corrections on GoRev and Waystar.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Patient Advocate Manager.
