Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Patient Access experience in a Hospital, ER, or Clinic.
• Experience with medical registration, admitting and scheduling preferred.

• Greet patients, guests, and vendors professionally and courteously.
• Register patients accurately and in compliance with protocols.
• Maintain and scan patient records in EMR per regulations.
• Explain insurance benefits and billing to patients.
• Handle clerical duties: faxing, copying, scanning, calls, and supplies.
• Conduct patient exit interviews to collect feedback and improve satisfaction.
