Job summary

TridentCare in Clearwater, FL is seeking an organized Billing/Customer Service specialist to handle inbound calls, collect patient billing and demographic information, and update patient records across multiple systems. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and timely follow-up to resolve all patient inquiries.

You will research accounts using patient files and eligibility tools, perform account adjustments when needed, and produce regular weekly and monthly reports to support

Responsibilities

• Takes inbound phone calls from clients/customers/patients to obtain patient billing/demographic information.
• Sort incoming return patient mail and return patient statements with info electronically.
• Researches and resolves each customer’s account using patient files and eligibility websites.
• Documents all contact with customer to ensure follow through and issue resolution to customer satisfaction.
• Updates multiple systems with patient info.
• Performs adjustments on accounts and recommends changes to supervisor.
• Completes weekly/monthly reports as scheduled.

• Meets weekly/monthly Performance/Audit goals.
